The Emerald Package

Initial consultation to determine expectations

Additional consultations as needed to assist with the planning

Confirm the chosen vendors

Allocate final payment to vendors

Prepare a timeline for the ceremony and reception

Coordinate rehearsal and ceremony

Representative available on day of the wedding to assist the bride, the groom, and the bridal party

Arrange the place cards, guest book, goblets, cake utensils, and any photos

Supervise the vendors to ensure the correct setting

Correlate wedding and reception to follow the chosen timeline

Disperse throw items to guests for final departure

Collect and load cake, food, gifts, and keepsakes in the designated vehicle

For the couple who has most of the pieces, but needs someone to pull it all together. The Emerald Package is designed to give personal assistance needed during the rehearsal and wedding day for a polished event.

Marquise

The Marquise Package

Whether you're a busy professional or just looking for guidance, The Marquise Package is the complete bundle of services to design every detail of your special day.

Initial consultation to determine expectations

Planning sessions as needed

Develop a monthly timeline

Create and manage the wedding budget

Assist in selection of vendors, rentals, ceremony reception layout, food, and invitations

Confirm the chosen vendors

Prepare a timeline for the ceremony and reception

Coordinate rehearsal and ceremony

Assist in obtaining the marriage license

Compile gift bags, baskets, party favors for guests

Aid in the stuffing and mailing of invitations

Representative available on the wedding to assist the bride, the groom, and the bridal party

Arrange the place cards, guest book, goblets, cake utensils, and any photos

Supervise and coordinate the vendors to ensure the couples wishes are fulfilled

Assist in decorating the ceremony and reception sites

Correlate wedding and reception to follow the chosen timeline

Disperse throw items to guests for final departure

Collect and load cake, food, gifts, and keepsakes in the designated vehicle

Attend reception and confirm clean up is completed

Return tuxedos and rental items

The Princess Package

Designed for the couple who want the peace of mind of having exceptional guidance every step of the way. The Princess Package consists of every service delivered in The Marquise Package as well as the following:

Send out engagement and wedding announcements to the local newspaper

Assist with Engagement Party

Assist with the Bridal portrait session

Consult with the Bride and coordinate the Bridal Shower

Attend vendor meetings with the couple

Accompany Bride with gown selection and Bridal Party attire (if desired)

Prepare timeline of events for Bridal Party

Consult the couple on expectations for the Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties

Assist and coordinate Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties

Assist and coordinate rehearsal dinner

Assist and confirm honeymoon plans

Starting at $750

Petals for Patients

At Brooks & Co. we believe in doing our part to assist in the local community. In regards to this, we have created the program Petals for Patients.

Because not every couple (or family) wants to load up and take home all of the beautiful arrangements used after the reception has ended, The Petals for Patients program is a way to eliminate the unneccesary disposal of them. If the couple wants to participate in this, after the reception has ended, our team will collect the arrangements and donate them to a local hospital or nursing home in the area.
